Riyadh Air covers 14 NDMO domains with Data Sentinel

The customer, Riyadh Air, a new national carrier in Saudi Arabia, faced the challenge of building a data and AI governance foundation to meet stringent regulatory requirements like the NDMO across fourteen domains and the PDPL. They needed to move beyond periodic compliance and instead establish a continuous, operational system of trust before scaling their AI use cases. Data Sentinel Inc. built an integrated Trust Layer that operates continuously within Riyadh Air's environment, unifying governance, data quality, and AI governance into a single program. The solution established an operational model with clear authority, deployed an AI Governance Framework aligned to the EU AI Act and NIST, and began domain-by-domain implementation. The results included delivering NDMO Priority 1 documentation across fourteen domains, standing up a validated AI governance framework, and creating a foundation for continuous evidence production, moving the airline away from periodic audit preparation.
