TurnKey Auto Events, a national provider of high-volume car-buying campaigns for automotive dealers, was unable to reliably match the many leads and dealer sales they manage in Microsoft Excel. The company needed to link prospects to actual sales to receive credit and revenue, but Excel’s limited matching and deduplication capabilities created time-consuming data-cleaning bottlenecks. To address this, they engaged Data Ladder and its DataMatch™ product.

Data Ladder implemented DataMatch™, using fuzzy matching, deduplication and cross-list matching plus customized training to create a consolidated view of potential sales over time. The solution enabled TurnKey to finally identify matching records and tie actual dealership sales to prior leads, significantly reducing time spent on duplicates and list matching and positioning the company for increased revenue; Data Ladder’s tools (DataMatch™/DataMatch Enterprise™) also demonstrated higher match rates in vendor studies (approximately 5–12% more matches vs. leading competitors).
