Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR) is a global leader in rearview mirrors and related automotive components, with a worldwide manufacturing and sales footprint. Rapid geographic expansion and new customer contracts exposed limits in their legacy electronic data interchange (EDI) setup—costs were rising and the system lacked the flexibility to support fast-growing, multi‑partner operations.

Data Interchange implemented an in‑house solution combining Odex Enterprise for message scheduling and management with the Dinet Integration Network for single, managed global connectivity.
