TriHealth, a large hospital system in Cincinnati, needed an audit of its tools and technology systems and guidance on a viable data management solution. The goal was to help knowledge workers quickly access timely, usable information from multiple data systems to improve financial and administrative decision-making, while also gaining consensus on data definitions across the organization.

Working with TriHealth’s IT team, Data Intensity, Inc developed the business objectives and roadmap for the solution; the assessment and strategic planning were completed in two months and the roadmap in four months. The effort delivered timely reports, integrated enterprise information, consistent data terms, and easier analysis, with the broader data management implementation continuing as a multi-year project.
