The customer, a Fortune 10 US-based technology company, required a solution to migrate billions of files from a NetApp Infinite Volume to a Flex Group on the same storage cluster. Their significant challenge was completing this massive data transfer, including syncing all incremental file updates, within a strict 48-hour cutover window to avoid business disruption, a feat their previous tool could not achieve.
