With over 100,000 invoices received each year, their manual and unconnected process was causing delays that were starting to affect supplier relations. Data Capture Solutions implemented a hybrid invoice processing solution that bridged the gap between Notcutts’ scanning process and approval system. Invoices were captured and stored in a secure online environment for transfer into Notcutts’ systems, improving efficiency and helping remove bottlenecks in invoice handling.
