ARI Fleet UK, one of the UK’s largest independent vehicle management companies, was struggling to process around 120,000 incoming invoices a year. The manual invoice process was slow, relied on night and weekend staff, and created a risk of misplacing paper invoices. Data Capture Solutions (DCS) was brought in to improve their purchase-to-pay workflow.

Data Capture Solutions implemented a purchase-to-pay solution that handled scanning, capture, indexing, and automatic classification of incoming invoices and credit notes. Using Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation, integrated with ARI Fleet’s existing ERP system and Microsoft SharePoint, DCS helped streamline invoice processing and reduce manual effort, giving ARI Fleet firmer control over incoming documents.
