Zahner, a U.S. architectural engineering, manufacturing and construction firm known for complex metal façades, faced the challenge of designing ever-more intricate geometries while improving clarity and communication among diverse project stakeholders to reduce errors in an iterative construction process. To meet this need, Zahner turned to Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform—using the Design for Fabrication on Cloud solution with CATIA for design and ENOVIA for project coordination.

Dassault Systemes’ solution was implemented on the 70‑foot Chrysalis Amphitheater project, enabling real‑time 3D visualization, collaborative dashboards and integrated data management so all parties could see, annotate and track design decisions. The 3DEXPERIENCE platform helped Zahner identify issues earlier, streamline workflows, increase design precision and stakeholder confidence, and shorten project timelines—providing a more efficient, buildable process for highly complex architectural work.
