V‑ZUG, a Swiss premium kitchen and laundry appliance maker, faced rising product complexity as it expanded into new markets and navigated stricter customer and regulatory requirements. To preserve its “Swiss‑made” quality while managing more variants and tighter development needs, V‑ZUG turned to Dassault Systemes and its 3DEXPERIENCE platform for a unified product development environment.

Dassault Systemes implemented the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (with Helbling IT Solutions support), consolidating PDM and CAD workflows and enabling real‑time collaboration across mechanical, electrical and software teams using tools like CATIA and ENOVIA. The platform is used by about 440 employees, cut change‑management workflow time by 50%, eliminated many 2D assembly drawings (reducing assembly errors and costs), improved supplier integration and digital continuity, and positions V‑ZUG to further cut prototyping and cycle time through expanded virtual simulation.
