Tyco Fire Protection Products needed to equip its newly acquired Ráječko, Czech Republic factory with reliable, up‑to‑date design information and rapidly transition off an older ENOVIA MatrixOne system after the site became part of Tyco. To address this, Tyco engaged Dassault Systemes to deploy the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform—including ENOVIA Version 6 and ENOVIA 3DLive—to manage product data and processes.

Dassault Systemes, with partners DYTRON and Transcat, migrated and customized data for 8,500 components and 4,500 products and had the new system up and running within three months. The implementation created a single source of truth, improved collaboration and virtual meetings via ENOVIA 3DLive, streamlined NPI and documentation (including Czech output), reduced the risk of manufacturing errors, and paved the way for BOM transfer to SAP.
