Riello Group, a major European producer of heating and air‑conditioning products, needed to share engineering data across sites in Italy, Poland, China and Canada, improve collaboration, and replace fragmented legacy product‑development systems. To address these challenges, Riello Group adopted Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, including the Single Source for Speed industry solution (powered by ENOVIA).

Using Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE applications — ENOVIA for collaborative PLM, 3DVIA for documentation and EXALEAD for information access — Riello centralized CAD and engineering data, created a virtual spare‑parts catalog and a global content management system. The implementation improved access to information, sped development, reduced risks and costs, cut man‑hours and produced about €100,000 in annual savings while enabling faster sharing of drawings, BOMs and documentation across all sites.
