MECAPLEX, a Swiss aerospace transparencies manufacturer, needed to improve the reliability of its development processes and capture product knowledge so staff could respond quickly to audits and design complex parts. To meet those needs MECAPLEX selected Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Platform—including ENOVIA for data management and CATIA/DELMIA for virtual design and manufacturing—plus 3DVIA for customer-facing 3D proposals.

Dassault Systemes centralized MECAPLEX’s program data and digital workflows, enabling virtual simulations (bird‑strike, thermal, UV) and integrated NC/milling preparation. The result: keystroke‑access to up‑to‑date IP and project data for all staff, simplified audits and faster validation of complex transparencies, preserved institutional knowledge, and improved product integrity and manufacturing readiness across the company.
