Maritime Offshore Group, a specialist in offshore wind foundations and creator of the HEXABASE, faced the challenge of rapidly delivering cost‑effective, standardized turbine support structures that withstand harsh ocean conditions while minimizing IT overhead. To manage the HEXABASE’s complex lattice geometry and multi‑part data, Maritime Offshore Group selected Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the cloud, using CATIA for parametric design and ENOVIA for secure data management.

Dassault Systemes’ cloud solution gave MOG a secure, flexible environment with little to no additional IT investment, faster project ramp‑up (engineers were proficient in roughly one day with partner training), and improved collaboration and traceability. Using CATIA’s parametric capabilities and ENOVIA’s data control, MOG can iterate designs quickly, reduce time to create derivative models by about 10%, accelerate releases to manufacture, and lower total cost of ownership.
