Mammut Sports Group, a Swiss maker of alpine equipment and apparel, faced slow, error-prone product development from managing thousands of SKUs across numerous Excel files and needed to accelerate innovation while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. To unify its product data and improve visibility, Mammut implemented Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform with the My Collection industry solution experience.

Dassault Systemes consolidated Mammut’s libraries, BOMs and season catalogs into a single system used by roughly 80 employees, giving real-time access for Asia quality inspections, simplifying variant creation and speeding reuse of existing designs. Dassault Systemes also delivered a DSIS extension to automatically verify certificates and now provides ongoing support; the result is markedly more accessible, up-to-date product information, reduced manual effort and stronger compliance control.
