Lewis Global Communications, a global PR agency, faced the challenge of monitoring news and social media 24/7 across multiple geographies and channels to spot trends, opportunities and crises without time-consuming manual searches. To solve this, the agency adopted Agency Wizardry on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform from Dassault Systemes to aggregate disparate sources, set alerts, auto-categorize content, and automate reporting.
Using Dassault Systemes’ Agency Wizardry, Lewis built customizable dashboards (Brands, Topics, Markets, Events), curated a “Personal Corpus” of 4,000–5,000 key influencers, and deployed SmartTagging and PushMail to share insights and send automated client reports. The implementation enabled new dashboards to be created in minutes, improved real-time intelligence and collaboration, and saved the agency roughly one hour per day on digital monitoring while streamlining reporting and boosting measurable campaign results.
