KUKA Systems Group, an international provider of flexible, robot-supported automation systems across automotive, aerospace, energy and general industry, needed to adopt new methods for developing flexible, innovative manufacturing and plant concepts. To meet this challenge KUKA engaged Dassault Systemes and its solutions, notably CATIA for design and DELMIA Automation for plant and automation planning.

Dassault Systemes implemented DELMIA Automation to integrate modifications in existing plants and applied CATIA in the design process. The use of DELMIA Automation improved planning quality and reduced the time required for on-site implementation, delivering faster, higher-quality deployments for KUKA Systems Group.
