INNO DESIGN, a 30-year design firm that launched a Design Accelerator Lab (DXL-Lab) in South Korea to help startups, faced the challenge of accelerating product innovation and improving the sharing of design ideas to meet rapidly changing consumer tastes. To support collaborative, cloud-based workflows, INNO DESIGN partnered with Dassault Systemes to adopt the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the cloud, including the HT body industry solution and CATIA design tools.

Dassault Systemes’ cloud solution centralized design applications, preserved design history so changes propagate automatically, and provided real-time photorealistic rendering—reducing rework, speeding iterations, and lowering IT overhead with fast, easy access. The 3DEXPERIENCE platform enabled INNO DESIGN teams to generate and evaluate more concepts more quickly and produced tangible outcomes such as the lab’s first electric bicycle, delivering significant time savings and smoother multidisciplinary collaboration.
