Eviation Aircraft partnered with Dassault Systemes to design and build an all‑electric commuter airplane using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the cloud (leveraging CATIA, ENOVIA and SIMULIA). Their challenge was to deliver a cost‑effective, environmentally friendly mid‑range aircraft on an aggressive schedule while collaborating with globally dispersed stakeholders.

Dassault Systemes implemented the cloud‑based 3DEXPERIENCE solution with integrated design and simulation applications to enable seamless global collaboration, cross‑discipline modeling, accurate complex‑flow simulation and creative 3D surfacing. The result: Eviation accelerated product development, engineered optimized aerodynamics and mechanical systems, and reduced IT implementation and management costs.
