Lippert Components faced a growing product-data and collaboration challenge: its legacy ENOVIA SmarTeam installation could not handle the huge number of SOLIDWORKS configurations (files with thousands of variants), blocking SOLIDWORKS upgrades and limiting PLM, quality and MBOM processes. Dassault Systemes helped migrate millions of objects (including more than 2 million SOLIDWORKS items and hundreds of thousands of records) to ENOVIA V6 and enabled part-centric PLM, MBOM ownership in PLM, and integrated quality management.
