Engineering efficiency soars by up to 30% with DS PLM

Triumph Composites faced slow engineering productivity caused by paper-based processes and difficulty finding the latest file versions. To address this, Triumph Composites selected Dassault Systemes’ DS PLM suite—including CATIA, ENOVIA DMU and ENOVIA SmarTeam Design Express with the Aerospace Supply Chain Hub—to build a modern design engineering capability and replace manual workflows.

Dassault Systemes implemented out-of-the-box ENOVIA SmarTeam/ASCH workflows, a single electronic vault for CATIA files, automated ECO routing and DMU access for non‑design users, speeding approvals and preventing data loss. The DS PLM deployment delivered a 25–30% increase in engineering efficiency, faster file retrieval, reduced errors and quicker time to market, with plans to extend the DS PLM rollout across the organization.
