Erlab Group, a French laboratory safety manufacturer, needed to create marketing and training materials for new product lines faster and with richer visual content. To support sales and customers, the company wanted documentation that was clearer, more attractive, and easier to produce and maintain, while reducing dependence on its design office.

Dassault Systemes provided 3DVIA Composer, integrated with Erlab’s SolidWorks-based design process, allowing marketing staff to import 3D models directly and create documentation themselves. Dassault Systemes helped Erlab speed up production, improve collaboration, and eliminate file conversion and rework; the team was trained in just two days, and the company also reduced translation costs by using image-only assembly instructions, with a single version of each document.
