COMAC, the Shanghai-based Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, faced the need to improve the structural integrity of its civil aircraft while increasing worker productivity and process efficiency. To meet these challenges, COMAC partnered with Dassault Systemes and deployed the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for design (with CATIA) across all of its major research centers.

Dassault Systemes implemented the 3DEXPERIENCE platform at COMAC’s research sites, enabling designers to rapidly simulate and validate design ideas. The solution significantly improved work efficiency and design quality and reduced production costs, delivering faster validation cycles and measurable gains in productivity and process efficiency.
