With Dassault Systemes’ DELMIA, CenterLine now simulates every robotic work cell and performs offline programming, avoiding on‑floor trial-and-error. The approach eliminated the need to move robots on the shop floor, reduced tooling-related issues and rework by up to 90% and cut programming time on the floor by up to 75%, while delivering about 15% productivity gains and shortening time-to-market by roughly 15–20%.
