CenterLine (Windsor) Limited - Customer Case Study

CenterLine (Windsor) Limited, a global supplier of custom automated production systems, faced growing customer demand to lower costs, improve cycle times and speed time-to-market while managing increasingly complex robot and machine layouts. To eliminate trial-and-error installations and create a single collaborative source of truth for shop-floor planning, CenterLine turned to Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, using DELMIA V6 for digital manufacturing and robotic simulation.

Dassault Systemes implemented DELMIA V6 to digitally model, simulate and optimize production lines—automating weld trajectories, validating ergonomics and eliminating collisions—so CenterLine could present verified layouts before any physical installation. The solution enabled larger, more complex installations, better floor-space utilization and collaborative work on multi-robot cells, delivering measurable gains (expected 10–15% productivity from device building) and helping CenterLine scale from about 60 robots a year to well over 250 in a single year.
