CadMakers Virtual Construction, a service firm focused on Virtual Design & Construction for the AEC industry, needed to integrate 3D building models, preconstruction simulation, prefabrication and lifecycle management to reduce on-site conflicts and speed projects. To do this they partnered with Dassault Systemes, adopting the cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE platform with CATIA, DELMIA and ENOVIA to create and share an integrated, fabrication‑level 3D model across project teams.

Using Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE, CadMakers gained superior visualization and process simulation to find and resolve conflicts early (about 30% of problems/risks are identified through the integrated 3D view), model MEP at LOD 400 (including 18 floors for a timber high‑rise), optimize sequencing and deliveries with DELMIA, and capture long‑term maintenance data via ENOVIA. The platform enabled more prefabrication, improved QA/QC and shorter construction timelines — outcomes CadMakers has applied across 35 projects totaling over US$3 billion in construction value.
