Asia Agricultural Machinery, Korea’s leading agricultural machinery manufacturer, faced growing overseas demand and needed to expand its product range, improve product quality, shorten development time, and strengthen collaboration with industry partners. To tackle these challenges it partnered with Dassault Systèmes and adopted the 3DEXPERIENCE platform — using CATIA V6, ENOVIA and 3DVIA Composer — to make 3D the universal language for design, data management and collaboration.

Dassault Systèmes’ solution centralized and secured all design data, automated bill-of-materials generation, and enabled multi‑site collaboration, which cut time-to-market from two–three years to one year (more than half), reduced design errors, and improved product quality. The 3DEXPERIENCE deployment also accelerated mold-ready 3D design and produced high-quality product documentation, positioning Asia Agricultural Machinery to scale global partnerships and extend use of Dassault Systèmes applications for further digital manufacturing and simulation gains.
