AeroMobil - Customer Case Study

AeroMobil, the Slovakia-based developer of a roadable flying car, faced the dual challenge of combining ground and air functionality while meeting both automotive and aerospace regulations. To tackle lifecycle management, regulatory traceability and virtual design validation, AeroMobil adopted Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform (with ENOVIA for requirements/BOM management and CATIA for digital design and kinematics).

Using Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE, AeroMobil centralized design, test and certification data to enable real‑time collaboration and full traceability, digitally validating 8–10 design variants before physical prototyping. The solution eased compliance and BOM management, helped identify parts needing modification, accelerated iteration, and gave AeroMobil greater creative freedom and stronger support for certification and production.
