SureTask, a Brighton-based SaaS marketplace that helps UK customers quickly find trusted contractors, needed to learn more about users and grow both sides of its marketplace. Co-founder Alex Mihnovits chose Dashly’s eCRM and multi-channel live chat to collect and track leads, identify acquisition sources, segment users, and distinguish customers from providers.

Using Dashly’s UTM-based source tracking, custom user fields and nine segments plus a consolidated inbox for web and social messages, SureTask captured and segmented 3,100 leads and achieved a 31% visitor-to-registered-user conversion. Dashly also unified communications and surfaced user feedback that helped SureTask fix UX issues and improve product positioning.
