A Dashly Case Study
Instaplus is an Instagram promotion service and a Dashly customer since 2015 facing the challenge of scaling customer communications across ~1M monthly visitors, a 10+ agent support team, and no proper CRM. To replace fragmented tools and adopt a more holistic approach, Instaplus turned to Dashly’s suite (live chat, pop-ups, triggered emails and API event tracking) to centralize segmentation, messaging and support workflows.
Using Dashly, Instaplus implemented an automation map including a welcome campaign (pop-up + emails), triggered messages by funnel stage, segmented manual pop-ups and a data-rich live chat with tags and notes; events are sent to Dashly via API and integrated with Mixpanel for funnel analysis. The impact has been measurable: targeted emails can be sent in minutes, pop-ups achieve very high engagement (view rate 90.46%, click rate 9.52%, response rate 1.92%, generally >80% open), and 5–8% of users convert to paid right after registration, with funnel metrics (example shown 18.57%) now trackable thanks to Dashly.
