How to Increase the Conversion Rate by 2.5 Times When You’re an Unusual Online Store

SkyShop, an unconventional online retailer, faced low purchase completion with a conversion to purchase of just 1.72–1.85% and many visitors abandoning orders. The team wanted to use live chat, pop-ups and email marketing to retain visitors and increase orders, so they engaged Dashly and used Dashly’s deep-dive service along with its live chat, pop-up lead capture and automated email sequencing.

Dashly helped SkyShop design and implement auto-message sequences, A/B-tested pop-ups, live chat support and targeted abandoned-cart and promotional emails.
