SkyShop, an unconventional online retailer, faced low purchase completion with a conversion to purchase of just 1.72–1.85% and many visitors abandoning orders. Dashly helped SkyShop design and implement auto-message sequences, A/B-tested pop-ups, live chat support and targeted abandoned-cart and promotional emails. The results: conversion increased 2.5×, Dashly-driven efforts captured 18,000 new leads and 2,064 emails via pop-ups; live chat produced orders for 20.35% of engaged users, abandoned-cart emails converted 22.22%, the welcome sequence 1.75%, and manual promo emails 31.27%—delivering a clear revenue uplift and improved customer retention.
