Kflwebdesign teamed with vendor Dashly to boost online sales for a New York flower shop (two retail stores + an e‑commerce site) with the explicit goal of increasing sales by 15% without buying more traffic. The shop suffered from fragmented customer data, stagnant subscriber growth, high cart abandonment and form friction — gaps Kflwebdesign and Dashly set out to fix using Dashly’s live chat, pop‑ups, abandoned‑cart messaging and funnel tracking.

Dashly implemented a welcome pop‑up and Pop‑up builder, live chat support, exit‑intent cart pop‑ups and a multi‑step abandoned‑cart email sequence, tracking everything in Dashly funnels.
