How to achieve 19,3% order increase with pop-up campaigns: the success story of Mofy.life

Mofy.life, an online service for creating photo books, faced a funnel problem after a 2019 redesign removed the mandatory signup step to access the photo book builder. The change increased traffic but reduced lead quality and stopped triggered emails, so the team needed to recover qualified leads and boost orders. Mofy.life used Dashly to run pop-up campaigns, segmentation and triggered email templates to address the issue.

With Dashly, Mofy.life launched exit-intent and mobile pop-ups, segmented visitors by email status and device, ran A/B tests on templates and button text, and sent promo and content emails using Dashly templates. The outcome: 8% of pop-up viewers left emails and 11% of those ordered (accounting for 19.3% of orders in the period), content pop-ups drove 7.7% CTR with 19.8% of those converting, email CTR reached 16.63%, Black Friday conversion doubled year-over-year, overall site conversion rose 5% and Black Friday conversion jumped 65% — all enabled by Dashly’s ready-made campaigns and rapid testing.
