21-shop.ru is a B2C streetwear online store with 20 years in the market, serving mainly men aged 18–30. Their challenge was to increase sales by retaining and re-engaging shoppers at every stage of the funnel so more visitors would complete their orders. Dashly provided triggered message scenarios using pop-ups, emails, and chat to help recover abandoning customers and improve conversion.
Dashly analyzed the customer journey and implemented five automated scenarios, including exit-intent pop-ups, follow-up emails, proactive chat messages, reactivation emails, and a lead-capture pop-up. The campaign returned 173 customers to purchase and generated about $11,000 in extra revenue, increasing purchase conversion by 12.9% and overall income by 31.4% for 21-shop.ru.
