Fintablo, a B2B SaaS financial accounting platform, needed scalable ways to notify users about product and integration changes, onboard them to new features, collect beta feedback, and qualify leads. To solve this, they deployed Dashly’s chatbot/Leadbot to run four campaigns: proactive support during a bank-integration update, in-app feature onboarding, beta tester feedback collection, and lead qualification/segmentation.

Using Dashly, Fintablo built conversational flows that walked users through settings updates, announced new features (14.2% of recipients said the update was useful), gathered feedback from five beta testers (all reported the feature worked), and captured prior-software info for segmentation. Dashly’s chatbot reduced manual agent messages, routed issues to humans when needed, and delivered measurable product validation and richer lead data for Fintablo.
