Leading Saas Company, a B2C SaaS that helps users collect items in DotA 2, faced the challenge of converting free‑plan users into paying customers and improving conversion at every funnel stage. They engaged Dashly and used Dashly’s customer engagement tools (pop‑ups, automated messages, event tracking and email campaigns) to collect user data and design targeted, behavior‑driven outreach.
Dashly implemented three targeted pop‑up campaigns, ran A/B tests and layered email sequences using site and API events to segment users and trigger messages. Over the monthlong program Dashly helped collect 16,000 emails, convert 1,516 users who made at least one payment and generate over $9,000 in revenue; pop‑ups drove 13.3% of viewers to the payment page, the most urgent pop‑up produced 70% of campaign payments, and lead capture rose from 0 to 26% with the best offer.
