Case Study: U.S. Bank achieves stronger password security and employee adoption with Dashlane

A Dashlane Case Study

Preview of the U.S. Bank Case Study

U.S. Bank - Customer Case Study

U.S. Bank identified employee passwords as its weakest security link: staff were reusing credentials and storing them in unsafe places, putting sensitive accounts at risk. After evaluating options, U.S. Bank selected Dashlane Business for its zero-knowledge architecture and simple, user-friendly experience that executives and help-desk staff felt employees would actually adopt.

Dashlane deployed its Business solution — including the Admin Console, browser extension, mobile apps, secure notes, password generator and sharing features — to store credentials encrypted and sync them across devices. The result, per U.S. Bank, was rapid adoption, elimination of password notepads, widespread use of long, unique Dashlane-generated passwords, safer shared access (automatic updates), and security that the bank describes as “light-years ahead.”
