Community Services Group (CSG), a healthcare-focused nonprofit serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, needed a better way to manage passwords and strengthen security. After a phishing attempt and ongoing password-related frustration across 1,500 employees, CSG faced frequent account lockouts, heavy IT ticket volume, and inconsistent password practices.

CSG implemented Dashlane’s password management platform, including SSO, Admin Console, Dark Web Monitoring, password generation, autofill, and custom onboarding support. With Dashlane, CSG improved adoption, simplified access, and strengthened password hygiene; IT requests to unlock accounts dropped 36%, and the organization’s password health more than doubled.
