Case Study: Onfleet prevents customer-impacting issues with Dashbird

A Dashbird Case Study

Preview of the Onfleet Case Study

Dashbird alerts saved us from losing customers

Onfleet, a last-mile delivery software provider in the USA, relied on AWS Lambda for billing, pricing reports, and customer notifications, but needed better visibility into failures and lower-risk access to logs and AWS data. During development, the team spent significant time debugging in AWS CloudWatch, and they also wanted to reduce the risk of broad access while still enabling quick troubleshooting and reporting.

Using Dashbird’s monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and search capabilities, Onfleet gained faster insight into Lambda issues and could act before problems escalated. Dashbird alerted the team to a failure affecting a dozen customers that could have caused incorrect account shutdowns, helped improve Lambda runtimes and third-party API integrations, and supported upcoming SOC 2 compliance by sanitizing log messages and reducing IAM access risk.
