Forthglade, a UK-based natural dog food company, faced a challenge in managing its growing library of visual assets and maintaining brand consistency across its expanding retail and ecommerce presence. Their previous system, SharePoint, was ineffective for organizing and sharing their vast number of images and videos, making it difficult for teams to find approved, on-brand content.
The solution was implementing the Dash digital asset management (DAM) platform. Dash provided Forthglade with an easy-to-use system featuring custom fields for filtering content by ingredients and recipes, which dramatically improved searchability. This resulted in a major reduction in requests for graphics, increased inter-departmental collaboration, and streamlined their user-generated content campaigns through automation. The platform's effectiveness is underscored by 55 users managing over 188,000 assets and generating 37,000 downloads.
