Kinetics, a company that makes high-quality nail polishes, struggled to maintain their brand integrity while working with distributors across 40 countries. Their previous system of using Google Drive and a PDF style guide resulted in disorganization and off-brand materials. They sought a solution from Dash, a digital asset management (DAM) system, and Corebook for online brand guidelines.

The solution from Dash and Corebook created a one-stop shop for brand assets and guidelines. Kinetics integrated the two tools, allowing distributors to easily access approved, searchable assets and guidelines. This ensured all materials created globally stayed on-brand. As a result, the company organized over 8,000 assets and facilitated 119,000 downloads, successfully centralizing their brand identity.
