The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian Government‑owned organisation responsible for paying treatment and benefits to people injured in transport accidents, promoting road safety and improving Victoria’s trauma system. Facing a need to coordinate partnerships across Victoria Police, the Department of Justice and VicRoads and to support its TAC2020 strategy, TAC required a shared stakeholder database to manage relationships, avoid duplication and better inform engagement.
