NDIA, the National Disability Insurance Agency, needed to coordinate stakeholder engagement for the large, multi‑year rollout of the NDIS across Australia, ensuring people with disability, providers, governments and community groups were consulted consistently and without duplication. To manage mapping, interactions, events and feedback at scale, NDIA engaged Darzin Software and implemented Darzin’s stakeholder engagement management system.

Darzin Software configured the Darzin system for NDIA head office in 2015 and rolled it out to trial sites in 2017, enabling mapping of stakeholders, tracking of all interactions, registration of engagement activities, collection of stakeholder feedback, and reporting on recurring themes. The solution gave NDIA administrators centralized oversight across sites, improved coordination and consistency in messaging, reduced consultation duplication, and delivered actionable reports to inform rollout decisions.
