STP Tower, Indonesia’s third-largest independent tower company, wanted to build a more competent workforce to support rapid business growth. The company faced several HR challenges, including no mobile access, low HRIS engagement, no online performance management capability, and an expensive legacy system that required constant upgrades. It chose Darwinbox for its cloud-based, easy-to-use, mobile-friendly HR platform and Performance Management module.

With Darwinbox, STP Tower implemented continuous performance tracking using an OKR-based model, monthly goal reviews, pulse surveys, and better leave and attendance tracking. The results were strong: 85% goal completion in a month, 20,789 feedback submissions in three months, 90% goal alignment to company objectives, and 92% active monthly users in the performance module.
