L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited (L&T Metro) needed a centralized, cloud-based HCM platform to replace fragmented on-premise systems and manual HR processes across its 24x7 metro operations. Darwinbox implemented a mobile-first, configurable cloud HRMS for L&T Metro in just 45 days, covering more than 1,200 employees, 140 shifts, and 68 locations. The solution included geofencing and facial-recognition attendance, real-time leave and attendance visibility, and end-to-end digital HR workflows. As a result, attendance adjustment requests fell by more than 50%, SLA adherence reached 100%, and the team saved 30 man-days per month, while also reducing costs and achieving 100% technology adoption.
