Licious, a leading D2C meat brand in India with 3,000+ employees across Bengaluru and 16 cities, needed a better way to build a cohesive workplace culture across a geographically dispersed workforce. Its existing rewards and recognition efforts were too dependent on managers and founders, and lacked a consistent way to acknowledge everyday contributions.
