Darwinbox’s HRMS and Skills Management module were brought in to support Quick Heal’s broader HR transformation.
Darwinbox implemented a dynamic, customizable skills inventory that auto-mapped 95% of required skills, standardized skill data, and enabled employees and managers to validate and update profiles in real time. As a result, Quick Heal built a repository of 127 unique skills, achieved 84% adoption of primary skill assignment, and reduced external hires by 20% by improving internal talent search, role mapping, and skills-based workforce planning.
