InCred, a Mumbai-based financial services platform with 900+ employees across 25+ offices in India, wanted to build a more transparent and engaging culture of recognition. Its existing rewards program relied on email nominations and a review committee, which made the process manual, less transparent, and limited in scope. InCred turned to Darwinbox, the HR platform it was already using, to replace this with a more flexible Rewards & Recognition system.

With Darwinbox’s configurable Rewards & Recognition module, InCred launched a continuous, mobile-first recognition program with multiple reward tiers, coin-based distribution, and social visibility through the Vibe platform. The new setup empowered anyone to recognize anyone without approval, and it quickly drove strong adoption: 5,000+ awards were given in five months, 900 recognitions were shared per month, over 500 employees became recognizers, and 600+ unique employees received recognition. InCred also reported 75%+ employee engagement each month since launch, with Darwinbox helping deliver a fully paperless, transparent, and high-energy program.
