Bisleri, the packaged drinking water brand and FMCG company, was consolidating four regional setups into “One Bisleri” and needed to replace decades-old Excel-based HR processes with a more modern, automated HCM system. The company also wanted to move away from its standalone payroll tool, Webpay, and adopt a single platform to support better governance and streamlined HR operations. Darwinbox was selected as the HR technology and payroll solution after evaluation with EY.

Darwinbox implemented a comprehensive workforce management platform for Bisleri in just 90 days, including in-person training across three locations. The rollout covered check-ins and geo-fencing for employees across 105 locations, biometric integration for 2,500 employees across 122 locations, and mapping of 40+ shifts in the system. As a result, Bisleri gained a centralized source of truth, improved policy implementation and governance, and stronger change management support during the merger of its four regional units.
