Wright Express Finds Accountability and Discipline with Daptiv PPM

Wright Express, a global provider of fleet payment and information services serving more than 6.5 million vehicles and with over 850 employees worldwide, relied on a distributed PMO that lacked visibility into projects, resources and forecasting. Project teams often used spreadsheets, making consolidation and reliable updates difficult, and decisions about starting work were frequently “hit-or-miss” because the company couldn’t see true resource availability or project health.

After a four-week pilot Wright Express deployed Daptiv PPM, a SaaS-based solution that delivered executive dashboards, resource management and standardized reporting. The tool gave the PMO a single view of capacity and project alignment to strategy, improved time tracking and document control, and made go/no-go decisions based on actual resources. As a result Wright Express gained greater discipline and accountability across projects, better accuracy in reporting, and improved on-time delivery within forecasted timeframes.
