A Daptiv Case Study
Frontier Airlines, a Denver-based carrier with roughly 6,000 employees and hundreds of daily flights, struggled with fragmented IT and business processes that produced unclear priorities, poor visibility, and misaligned resource allocation. Lack of accountability and structure meant IT was busy but not consistently delivering on the most important projects.
To address this, Frontier’s PMO standardized processes and implemented Daptiv PPM (chosen for cost, speed and functionality as a SaaS solution) as a single source of truth. The platform enabled weekly executive reporting, resource and time tracking (about 10,000 hours/month), and better capacity planning—reducing reporting time from 4–8 hours to 1–2, cutting data-collection time in half, and improving prioritization during budgeting.
